JURY

The Jury constitutes of qualified and eminent personalities hailing from myriad fields of life including inter-alia Academics, Education, Literature, Economics, Science, Arts, Medicine, Public Administration, Media etc., Our Jury forms the backbone of the awards. The diverse qualifications and specialties of the Jury provide fairness and neutrality to the awards. The Jury is entrusted with the undaunting task of scrutinizing and evaluating the nominations and zeroing in on a winner. The Jury is asked to base their decisions on strict mechanisms and criteria viz. excellence, quality, finesse, innovation, distinction and merit. Members of the Jury are selected every year and their identities are kept confidential to avoid lobbying. Each Jury member is individually assigned to evaluate and shortlist their choices in order to ensure there is no exchange of opinions among the panel members. The decision of the jury and management is final and binding.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Nomination form and process is free of cost.
• The nominees can fill multiple nomination forms for one or more categories.
• The nomination form along with other relevant documents will be accepted in English only.
• Each and every entry of the nomination form must be duly filled up by the nominee. Incomplete forms will be liable to be disqualified.
• The management has the exclusive rights to reclassify the nomination forms from one category and/or level to another at its discretion.
• If at any time it is discovered that any information provided in the nomination form is incomplete, wrong, misleading or inaccurate, the nomination will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the management.
• By participating in these awards, all the nominees agree to abide by and be bound by all the terms and conditions. All the nominees are advised to understand all the terms and conditions and also review the same which are subject to modification from time to time.
• The management will try to contact the nominees on the best effort basis by any means deemed appropriate. In the event, a nominee cannot be contacted by any such means, his/her nomination may be disqualified from the process.
• By nominating, the nominees agree to give their full consent unconditionally to the management to share any information provided by the nominees with agencies working with them with respect to the PR News Network.
• The nominees further irrevocably authorize the management to use the data and information gathered during the nomination process. This will be the property of the management which will be entitled to use the same in any manner which it deems appropriate.
• Upon final selection, the nominees will be required to a pay a nominal fee. The fee so charged by the company is for the branding/ marketing/ promotional services which will be provided by company to all the final awardees along with the award and trophy.
• The management reserves its rights to extend, reschedule and alter the date and time of declaration of the National Quality Achievement Awards, 2025 for any such reasons and exigencies which are not controllable at the hands of the company.
• The award listing, certificate, logos, images, trade names, trademarks and copyrights are the intellectual property of the PR News Network.
• The awardee will be given a limited right to use such intellectual properties; however, any misuse thereof may hold the awardee liable for damages and/or other penal action.
• The awardee will be responsible to hold and maintain the confidentiality of all data or information National Quality Achievement Awards, 2025 as well as the PR News Network in its strictest confidence.
• The award certificate as well as the award title will be valid for one (1) year from the date of declaration of the National Quality Achievement Awards, 2025.
• The decision of the management in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms and Conditions will be final and binding on the nominees.
• The management reserves the right to, at its discretion, withdraw or amend or add to the Terms and Conditions of these awards at any time, with prospective or retrospective effect, and does not take responsibility for any loss or damage that any individual or Institution may suffer as a result of participating or attempting to participate in the Awards, the Awards being withdrawn or its Terms and Conditions being amended.
• The management will have the final say on all matters relating to the National Quality Achievement Awards, 2025 and the same will be binding on all the nominees.
• Any dispute and/or differences relating to these awards will be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (and amendments thereof) and the venue of Arbitration will be either New Delhi or Noida. The dispute will be decided by a sole arbitrator appointed by the PR News Network.
